Following on from the Puma over Basrah, this picture was for an RAF Merlin aircrewman. He wanted to have a painting showing his kind of ops over Iraq. His task was a sort of ambulance cavalry, and with support and cover from the Army Air Corps Lynx, picked up casualties from some pretty ‘hot' areas. Very impressive crews, in a very impressive aircraft, doing a fantastic job. Thanks lads.
