Conceived as a nod to the airline posters of the 70’s and 80’s, this was commissioned by the air and air cargo charter company Chapman Freeborn for their 40th year celebrations.

This was quite a change from the usual commission, but with my background in commercial illustration, was very rewarding to do. Other aircraft featured are the Lockheed Constellation, Douglas DC-8, Ilyushin Il-76 and the Vickers Merchantman.
